How do I search for people by their email address to see if they are on yahoo answers?

How do I search for people by their email address to see if they are on yahoo answers?
Look at my 360 page, most users that have a 360 page or use YIM, are linked by the yahmail they registered with. Some will be with Hotmail or whatever Microsoft uses. But thats the legal way.
